Please read these terms carefully before joining the Glorbet Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow these conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Glorbet Affiliate Program. By creating an affiliate account, using your referral link, or promoting Glorbet, you agree to comply with the rules described below.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the affiliate program.
- Glorbet reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its own discretion.
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration, payment, and contact information.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- You must promote Glorbet honestly and professionally.
- You may only use approved marketing materials, links, banners, and brand assets.
- You must make sure that all traffic, leads, referrals, and conversions are legitimate.
- You are responsible for following all applicable advertising, privacy, and marketing laws.
Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresenting your relationship with Glorbet or claiming to be an official employee, partner, or representative.
- Using spam, fake advertising, misleading claims, or unethical marketing practices.
- Generating fake leads, fake clicks, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent transactions.
- Using copyrighted, offensive, illegal, or unauthorized content to promote Glorbet.
- Promoting Glorbet through inappropriate, harmful, restricted, or unlawful traffic sources.
Commissions & Payments
Affiliates earn commissions only from valid sales, leads, registrations, deposits, or other approved actions generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission amounts, payment schedules, and minimum payout thresholds may vary depending on the campaign rules, agreement terms, or internal approval process.
Payments are made through the selected payment method after verification of valid activity. Glorbet may delay, adjust, or reject commissions related to refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity, fraud, or policy violations.
Traffic Quality
Affiliates are responsible for the quality of the traffic they send. Any traffic generated through bots, automated systems, incentivized abuse, misleading campaigns, or unauthorized sources may result in rejected commissions or account termination.
Brand Usage
Affiliates may use Glorbet brand materials only for approved promotional purposes. You may not modify logos, create misleading brand representations, register confusing domain names, or use Glorbet assets in a way that damages the brand’s reputation.
Termination
Glorbet or the affiliate may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time. After termination, the affiliate must immediately stop using Glorbet links, logos, promotional materials, and brand assets.
Limitation of Liability
Glorbet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to participation in the affiliate program, including loss of revenue, traffic, data, commissions, or business opportunities.
Changes to Terms
Glorbet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are published means that you accept the updated terms.
